This class is offered for Adults and Children (8+) to work together on a project but is also appropriate for makers 14 and up to work on their own. Pricing is per project and not per person. Art directed child care is available for children under 8 years old for an addition fee of $20 to be paid on site. Please arrange in advance.

What we'll do

We will start with a brief introduction to the laser cutter and give a cutting demonstration. You will then create a design to etch onto a material or item of your choice. Some materials are available to purchase or you can bring your own. Items available to etch include mason jars, vases, cutting boards, granite tile, slate coasters, agate stone, etc. If you know what you’d like to etch, please let us know in advance when you register.
