Spend time in the workshop distressing and painting a piece of wood. Use hand tools (hammers, nails, chisels, sandpaper, and drills) to create your own distressed effect. Then learn a cool acrylic painting technique that looks like custom staining. Finally use a stencil cut especially for you with the wording of your choice to finish off your sign.
