This six part course will introduce students to the basic ideas of how to draw and work with objects in Adobe Illustrator. By the end of the course students will be proficient in using the program to make vector graphics and some elements of typography. Please click sign-up for additional details.

This course requires a copy of Adobe Illustrator. You can bring your own computer with Illustrator installed. Alternatively, The Makery can provide a workstation and Illustrator for an additional studio charge of $40. This is a portion of the fee that Adobe charges for a two month subscription. This course is taught by Greg Lookerse, a college level instructor and interdisciplinary artist working in sculpture, drawing and performance. His versatility has allowed him to teach a wide range of subjects from conceptual drawing and woodworking to motion graphics and 3D modeling.
Sessions meet every Thursday from March 1st through April 5th, 6:30-8:30pm.
