NOTE: All projects and materials must be approved prior to appointment booking. See below for details.

THE COST*

Non-members

• $75/hour for up to two people

• $20/hour for each additional person in your group

Members

• $65/hour for up to two people

• $15/hour for each additional person in your group

* 2-hour minimum - limit of 4 per group

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Access to our tools and machinery. See equipment list here

  • Safety demonstration and orientation

  • Expert consulting, instruction, and project assistance

  • Some materials available for purchase for your project needs (see list) 

 

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

  • Storage of on-going projects and materials*

  • Production services - available to be booked outside of hours

LIABILITY AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • All users will be required to sign a liability waiver upon entry to the workshop.

  • Certifications will be required for independent use of tools and machines. Education and certifications can be done during your booked hours

PROJECT AND MATERIAL APPROVAL

The Makery must approve all projects and materials as well as changes to project scope prior to booking and appointment.

COVID SPECIFIC SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND PROTOCOLS

  • Face masks covering mouth and nose are required for the entire time in the workshop.

  • Upon entry, all users are required to wash hands with soap and water.

  • Equipment and workspace will be sanitized before and after use.

  • Health checks will be required before entry to The Makery including a health questionnaire and forehead temperature check.

  • You or your small group will be the only people allowed into the workshop during your reserved time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you cancel 48 hours in advance to allow for workshop hours to be made available for other users and as a courtesy for our Makery consultants.
